This Introduction to Agility Jumping course is designed to provide the dog owner and their canine an opportunity to learn basic foundation jumping skills required to participate in the sport of agility. Whether you want to compete in agility or just have some fun with your dog this course will teach you how to train your dog through the various jumps used in agility. You will see your dog’s confidence level soar and the human canine bond strengthen. Along with educating you and your dog about agility one of the main goals is for you and your dog to have fun!
Your dog should have some prior experience with basic obedience. They should be able to do basic commands: sit, down, stay and recall. Most agility dogs tend to be high prey but for the safety of all we require that the dog not be aggressive towards other canine teams and behave in this type of group session.
