Make checks payable to MADTA and Mail checks, money orders or canine cash along with copy of pending confirmation to Betsy Powers 3306 N Eisenhower Ave Hernando FL 34442 .  Do NOT leave payment at CLUB.  All payments must be received within 5 days of entering or by closing date of October 2 which ever is earliest.
