Make checks payable to MADTA and Mail checks, money orders or canine cash along with copy of pending confirmation to Lisa Forbes 7825 SW 12th St Ocala, FL 34474 .  Do NOT leave payment at CLUB.  All payments must be received within 5 days of entering or by closing date of September 4 which ever is earliest.

•             Open August 14 12:00 AM– Associate members

•             Open August 17 12:00 AM- nonmembers

•Entries close September 4 or when limit reached

•$10 for first run/ $5 for second run

•Payment by credit card, check, money order or Canine cash
