• Seven Week Session - $120 non-members /$80 Full members/$100 Associate members 
• Thursday  5:00- 6:30PM
• Classes start on March 5, 2026
• No class on April 16, 2026
• Registration for Members opens FEB 9, 2026
• Registration for Associate Members opens FEB 13, 2026
• Registration for Non-Members opens FEB 16, 2026
• Registration closes February 20, 2026 after which no registrations will be accepted.
• No Refunds  or changes after registration closes except where provided by  Policy 15 "Refunds"

Class Description:

This class will focus on teaching the Open exercises used in The AKC Open Obedience class.  We will teach and perfect heeling through turns and pace changes for off leash heeling, retrieves, jumping, drop on recall, and command discrimination.  This class is designed to be repeated multiple times as most dogs will not master the exercises in a 7 week period.

Prerequisites: Your dog must have a reliable sit stay and be able to work off lead around other dogs.  

Equipment:  You must have a dumbbell. 

Dog Crate is required for this class

Dogs must be crated when not in ring.
