Print email and send to Betsy Powers 3306 N Eisenhower Ave Hernando, FL 34442 with payment either check, money order or MADTA canine cash. Payment must be received within 5 days of entry or by Sept 10 whichever is first. Entry is not complete until payment is received. Make checks out to MADTA.
