• To be held at the MADTA Training Building

This event can be paid online or by check/money order. If paid online, the official AKC Temperament Test Entry Form MUST be completed and can be emailed to sunwren@gmail.com or mailed to the address on the premium. If emailed, the ORIGINAL SIGNED premium must be presented before your dog is tested. Email or call 239-851-6214 if you have any questions or problems signing up online.

PLEASE NOTE: The registration online lists a base fee of $3.00. That is the online registration charge. As you choose your tests, the $30 per test will be applied.
